Rates are based on the type, size, and anticipated use of the mailbox rented. Private mailbox rental for an individual with a small box is considerably different than the rate for a business with a medium or large mailbox. There is a limit to the number names associated with one mailbox. Initial contracts are for 6 months and there is a refundable deposit for a key.

New USPS regulations require 2 pieces of identification, such as a driver's license, current passport or other government issued document with picture identification. The second piece does not have to have a photo on it, but it does need to have your signature and a number that is traceable to you (not a charge card or Social Security card). Due to the nature of the requirements, we request that applications be made in person. Business entities will need to show a business license and parents wanting to receive mail for children under 18 must provide birth certificates.


Use this USPS 1583 Fill in the Blank Form to get started. Print 2 copies. Do not fill in the sections that refer to forms of identification or the box number. After this information has been completed in our presence, we will watch you sign the form and we can complete the process. There is a limit to the number of names that can be listed for an individual mailboxes.
